{"id":14771,"date":"2019-02-15T09:15:08","date_gmt":"2019-02-15T14:15:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/live-pmp-vitrine-1.pantheonsite.io\/2024\/03\/11\/en-les-femmes-a-lhonneur-chez-pmp\/"},"modified":"2024-04-10T15:39:25","modified_gmt":"2024-04-10T19:39:25","slug":"les-femmes-a-l-honneur-chez-pmp","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/pmpstrategy.com\/en\/2019\/02\/15\/les-femmes-a-l-honneur-chez-pmp\/","title":{"rendered":"[EN] Les femmes \u00e0 l\u2019honneur chez PMP"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\u00c0 l\u2019occasion de la journ\u00e9e internationale des droits des femmes, quelques consultantes de PMP se sont retrouv\u00e9es ce matin pour \u00e9changer sur le sens de cette journ\u00e9e et le r\u00f4le des femmes dans le monde professionnel et plus particuli\u00e8rement dans le monde du conseil.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Petit compte-rendu de ce chass\u00e9-crois\u00e9 d\u2019id\u00e9es entre Caroline PONAL (Associ\u00e9e), Marie-Sophie HOUIS-VALLETOUX (Associ\u00e9e), C\u00e9cile PERRIN (Manager), Laura PAPET (Manager), Mathilde TIGNON (Manager), Emmy-Lou NICOLA\u00cf (Consultante Senior), Marine TRILLAT (Consultante Senior) et Sofia SERNA ANGEL (Consultante)<\/p>\n<h2><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"margin-left: auto;margin-right: auto\" src=\"http:\/\/www.pmpconseil.com\/images\/photo_pmp.jpg\" alt=\"photo pmp\" width=\"594\" height=\"617\" \/><\/h2>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify\">LE SENS A DONNER A LA JOURN\u00c9E INTERNATIONALE DES DROITS DES FEMMES<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Conscientes de la chance qu\u2019elles ont de consid\u00e9rer les droits des femmes comme des acquis, \u00e0 la diff\u00e9rence des femmes d\u2019autres pays, les consultantes ont \u00e9chang\u00e9 sur les d\u00e9fis importants qui demeurent, et qui nous sont rappel\u00e9s annuellement \u00e0 l\u2019occasion de cette Journ\u00e9e. Ces d\u00e9fis se retrouvent au sein des familles, des entreprises comme dans les rapports interpersonnels. La plupart de ces in\u00e9galit\u00e9s s\u2019ancrent d\u00e8s l\u2019enfance, que ce soit dans les activit\u00e9s sportives, dans les comportements attendus ou dans les choix de parcours scolaire.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Au regard de ces d\u00e9fis, Caroline et Emmy-Lou ont rappel\u00e9 que cette Journ\u00e9e \u00e9tait \u00e9galement l\u2019occasion de faire le point, de mani\u00e8re cyclique, sur les r\u00e9alisations en mati\u00e8re d\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 salariale et de respect des droits des femmes. Pour Marie-Sophie, cette Journ\u00e9e est \u00e9galement une fa\u00e7on de \u00ab mettre les projecteurs une fois par an sur le chemin restant \u00e0 parcourir et de sensibiliser femmes et hommes \u00e0 cette cause essentielle \u00bb. \u00ab Rappel n\u00e9cessaire \u00bb pour Laura, cette Journ\u00e9e met \u00e9galement en lumi\u00e8re les in\u00e9galit\u00e9s demeurant difficiles \u00e0 r\u00e9sorber, car li\u00e9es aux mentalit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify\">LA DIVERSITE DANS LE MONDE DE L\u2019ENTREPRISE<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Comme l\u2019a indiqu\u00e9 Marie-Sophie, la place des femmes dans le monde de l\u2019entreprise est aussi \u00ab essentielle et \u00e9vidente que de militer pour l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 entre les deux moiti\u00e9s de la population mondiale \u00bb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Si elle est \u00e9vidente, c\u2019est aussi parce que la diversit\u00e9 est un enjeu de performance pour les entreprises. Les \u00e9quipes les plus performantes sont celles en capacit\u00e9 de mixer les \u00e9quipes en mati\u00e8re de genre, de formation ou d\u2019origine car, comme l\u2019a rappel\u00e9 Caroline, \u00ab la diversit\u00e9 force \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9coute, \u00e0 la remise en question et \u00e0 l\u2019innovation \u00bb. Pourtant, les CODIR des grands groupes restent encore aujourd\u2019hui majoritairement masculins. Pour am\u00e9liorer la repr\u00e9sentativit\u00e9 des femmes au sein de ces instances, les consultantes ont cit\u00e9 des solutions allant des quotas \u00e0 des programmes d\u2019\u00e9ducation centr\u00e9s sur la prise de risque par les femmes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Les cabinets de conseil ne font malheureusement pas exception, comme l\u2019a montr\u00e9 un r\u00e9cent article du site Consultor. Marqu\u00e9 par une image masculine, li\u00e9e aux contraintes suppos\u00e9es du m\u00e9tier en termes de charges de travail et d\u2019horaires associ\u00e9s, le conseil a parfois du mal \u00e0 attirer les jeunes dipl\u00f4m\u00e9es. Or les femmes y trouvent le plus souvent une valorisation identique \u00e0 celle des hommes. Pour Laura, \u00ab t\u00e9moigner aupr\u00e8s des \u00e9tudiantes, en tant que femmes travaillant dans le secteur du conseil, est certainement un moyen de convaincre que ces m\u00e9tiers ne sont ni masculins, ni f\u00e9minins \u00bb. Au-del\u00e0 du t\u00e9moignage, Emmy-Lou souligne l\u2019importance des mod\u00e8les que peuvent constituer \u00ab des associ\u00e9es et des managers qui assument pleinement leur carri\u00e8re, leur vie de femme et parfois de m\u00e8re \u00bb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">A l\u2019occasion de cette Journ\u00e9e, Mathilde, a soulign\u00e9 le d\u00e9fi qui consiste \u00e0 maintenir les femmes dans les m\u00e9tiers du conseil, notamment au moment de leur premi\u00e8re maternit\u00e9. Et m\u00eame si les mentalit\u00e9s changent progressivement et que les jeunes p\u00e8res aspiraient de plus en plus \u00e0 s\u2019occuper de leurs enfants, des moyens pourraient encore davantage favoriser la conciliation entre vie professionnelle et personnelle : allongement du cong\u00e9 paternit\u00e9, cr\u00e8che d\u2019entreprise, t\u00e9l\u00e9travail\u2026 Marie-Sophie souligne d\u2019ailleurs qu\u2019il s\u2019agit d\u2019un enjeu de fa\u00e7on plus g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, afin de d\u00e9velopper la marque employeur.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify\">LA PLACE DES FEMMES CHEZ PMP<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Quelle place des femmes chez PMP ? \u00ab La m\u00eame que celle des hommes ! \u00bb selon Caroline.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Avec 23% de femmes associ\u00e9es, PMP fait figure de bon \u00e9l\u00e8ve. Encore plus pour un cabinet tourn\u00e9 vers des comp\u00e9tences parfois techniques o\u00f9 les ing\u00e9nieurs (et donc les hommes, les \u00e9coles d\u2019ing\u00e9nieurs attirant encore aujourd\u2019hui peu de jeunes filles) sont majoritaires.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">M\u00eame si la parit\u00e9 n\u2019est pas en soit un objectif chez PMP, Laura souligne que l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 se fait \u00ab \u00e0 travers les promotions, [qui d\u00e9montrent] une \u00e9galit\u00e9 de traitement entre hommes et femmes. Cette \u00e9galit\u00e9 de traitement est importante pour le bon \u00e9quilibre du cabinet, pour avoir des avis et des m\u00e9thodes de travail divers.
