PMP Strategy Promotes Three New Associate Partners

These promotions reinforce the firm’s expanding advisory capabilities in telecommunications, culture & media and digital infrastructure

(Paris, France – March 5, 2026) — PMP Strategy announces the promotion of Romain Blondel, Hélène Moin and Louise Potin to Associate Partners in its Paris office, reinforcing the firm’s commitment to developing exceptional talent from within.

“These appointments reflect the depth of expertise we cultivate at PMP Strategy to support leaders in our four main industries as they navigate their most consequential challenges: AI-driven transformation, operational efficiency and international expansion,” says Gilles Vaqué, President and Founding Partner. “I want to congratulate Romain, Hélène and Louise on their remarkable progression and the quality of their contributions to our clients. Their expertise, commitment and the diversity of their backgrounds strengthen our ability to deliver lasting value — from strategic advisory through to implementation.”

Meet Our New Associate Partners

Romain Blondel brings a rare dual perspective to the practice: five years of hands-on telecom project management at Eiffage, combined with deep strategic advisory expertise developed across two tenures at PMP Strategy (2014–2017 and since 2022). This operational-strategic background makes Romain a valued adviser to digital infrastructure players — particularly in fixed networks — where he supports investment funds with due diligence and telecom operators in large-scale operational transformations. Romain is a graduate of CentraleSupélec.

“I look forward to putting my expertise in digital infrastructure at the service of our clients across new geographies and asset classes. I am very happy to continue the journey at PMP Strategy in this new role as Associate Partner. This recognition motivates me to contribute even more to the firm’s strong growth.”

Frédéric Jover, Director General and Founding Partner added “Romain exemplifies excellence in strategic consulting. His distinctive strengths include exceptional composure under pressure, rigorous analytical capabilities, and the ability to forge deep, trust-based partnerships with both clients and internal teams. We extend our sincere appreciation to Romain for his steadfast dedication and outstanding contributions.”

Since joining PMP Strategy’s Media & Culture practice in 2018, Hélène Moin has established herself as a trusted authority on the transformation of media and cultural institutions. She leads market studies and strategic engagements for corporate and institutional stakeholders on topics spanning growth strategy, value creation, regulatory positioning, and ecosystem analysis. Hélène is a graduate of ESCP Europe.

“I am proud and honored to contribute to the development of the Media practice at PMP Strategy. Thank you for your trust, which motivates me every day to strive for excellence alongside our teams.”

Benoit Gelot, Partner, TMT Practice comments “Hélène has established herself as a leading expert on media and culture challenges, supported by deep and continuously evolving sector expertise. Her professionalism, her ability to advise major industry players, and her strong commitment make her a key pillar of the firm. Through her dedication, she actively contributes to our growth and to strengthening our positioning in these strategic markets.”

Louise Potin joined PMP Strategy in 2015 within the Telecoms, Media & Technology practice, where she has become an indispensable member of the team. She advises operators and B2B players on strategic engagements spanning infrastructure strategy, operations, valuations, financing structures, and growth and transformation plans. Louise is a graduate of HEC Paris.

“I’m happy to take on this new role and continue contributing to PMP Strategy’s growth in the TMT sector, which is undergoing tremendous change worldwide.”

Benoit Gelot, Partner, TMT Practice adds “Louise stands out for her intellectual rigor and sharp analytical skills, which she applies to the transformation challenges faced by telecommunications operators. Her empathy and her nuanced understanding of organizations and the people within them enable her to support clients with accuracy and impact. She fully embodies the high standards and purpose-driven approach to consulting that we promote within the firm.”

“What sets these new Associate Partners apart — and PMP Strategy’s approach — is their ability to combine sector expertise with rigorous execution in service of our clients,” adds Gilles Vaqué. “Our clients don’t just receive recommendations. They gain committed partners who work alongside them to shape strategies, drive implementation and deliver measurable results.”

With these promotions, PMP Strategy is investing in the firm’s next generation of leaders and strengthening its capabilities to support executives facing increasingly complex business challenges. This momentum is underpinned by an expanding international footprint, offering clients the best of both worlds: deep local market knowledge and access to leading-edge practices on a global scale.
