At PMP, if “we consider that the departures of consultants from our clients are part of the quality of the relationship with clients”, this is not a major phenomenon concerning the reasons for departures.
The majority of our consultants leave PMP for entrepreneurial projects and are supported by the firm’s partners. For 17 years, PMP has built an extraordinary network, made up of past and present collaborators, still united by the same passion for people and for their profession.
Maintaining these relationships is important to us. We are often bound by strong friendships, stories, dreams and plans.
