François graduated from the HEC and is a member of the HEC Tourism bureau. For 10 years, he held managerial positions in retail, notably with PPR (Kering), as well as with Fnac and on new business development, diversification and business turn-around projects against a multi-channel backdrop. He was also involved in the launch of the supermarket chain Bio C Bon.
Since joining PMP in 2010, François has created and developed the firm’s digital strategy and e-commerce practice, which he continues to head up today.
Within this practice, the PMP team guides and assists senior executive management, the marketing and e-commerce departments of leading players in the travel, retail, financial services and energy sectors, in successfully implementing their transformation and digital innovation projects.
The practice has developed 3 strategic priorities: defining the digital strategy and assistance with strategic initiatives, optimising e-commerce performance (acquisition, conversion, data management, monitoring) and transforming the digital aspects of organisations.
