Marie-Sophie Houis has pursued a duel career path in consulting and as an insurer in management positions, notably at PWC, Europ Assistance, Humanis and within the COVEA group as CEO of Maaf Santé.
At PMP, she is responsible for the firm’s activities in the insurance, banking and health sectors in Paris and also in conjunction with other PMP offices (in Montreal, Brussels, Casablanca).
She provides guidance to her clients in devising and implementing their business strategies. She devotes more than half of her time to accompanying the structures she advises in developing innovative approaches, building value-activating partnerships, implementing new offerings and regulatory changes with a high strategic impact.
Both she and her teams participate actively in discussions on specific topics: the insurance distribution directive, long-term care insurance, social action, Livre III mutuals…
Marie-Sophie Houis-Valletoux graduated from the HEC (91) and CHEA (2008). For several years, she was committed to working in the HEC Assurance offices and is now President of Parité Assurances, an association of senior insurance executives. She supports the development of various start-ups and in 2017 was elected Woman Entrepreneur of the year in the Insurance Woman Awards.
