Benoit Gelot

Benoit joined the world of consulting as soon as he graduated from ESCP Europe. For over 10 years now, he has been providing support and guidance to clients in the telecom and digital sectors.

Today, Benoit primarily works with telecom operators on their M&A projects and in devising their network deployment, marketing and customer strategies. Benoit also assists his clients in devising and implementing major transformation programmes that require the involvement and support of all teams.

Benoît especially gets involved in areas needing complex economic modelling (business plan, network deployment modelling, WarGaming, …).
