PMP has added to the firepower of its Paris office with the recruitment of Jo\u00ebl Plat, a retail and digital expert, and a former executive director at Apple Retail. Jo\u00ebl now holds the position of Managing Partner and is part of PMP\u2019s digital transformation and customer experience management teams.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n \u201cIt is a firm that is a great fit for me, a firm that works hand in hand with its clients, that is results-oriented and that pays attention to the performance and development of its staff. With innovative methodologies, an international dynamic and ambitious growth in several sectors, PMP is re-inventing and modernising the concept of strategic consulting\u201d, notes Jo\u00ebl Plat, following his first few weeks\u2019 work at PMP. <\/p>\n With his Marketing & Strategy Masters from the Paris School of Political Science<\/strong> (Sciences Po<\/em>) and his 25 years as a retail <\/strong>executive, Jo\u00ebl Plat is now one of the firm\u2019s big hitters.<\/p>\n Before joining PMP, Jo\u00ebl held the position of Commercial Director of Apple France for five years. He was in charge of growth strategy<\/strong>, sales<\/strong>, international operational marketing<\/strong> and customer experience management<\/strong>. Amongst his achievements were building Apple France\u2019s B2B growth<\/strong> strategy, managing the opening of conventional stores and of flagship stores<\/strong> in France, and recruiting<\/strong> and training multicultural international teams. He also took part in the international roll-out of new services<\/strong> and contributed to the diversification<\/strong> and to the growth of business done with intermediate-sized enterprises, with educational establishments and with government agencies. <\/p>\n Before that, he was entrusted with the jobs of Consumer Products Supply Chain Director at the Carrefour retail group<\/strong>, of Deputy Managing Director at Jardiland (garden centres)<\/strong>, and then with the job of Managing Director at Krys the opticians<\/strong>.<\/p>\n \u201cWe are delighted that Jo\u00ebl is joining us.
