PMP Strategy, an international strategy consulting firm, is proud to announce the appointment of industry executive Irina Pascutto as Associate Partner at PMP Strategy. Irina will be responsible for extending PMP Strategy\u2019s activities in heavy industry.<\/p>\n
Irina has 25 years of both consultancy and operational experience with a strong expertise in ExCom strategic decision making support for heavy industry: especially building materials, chemicals, mining, and textile sectors.<\/p>\n
Irina started her career at the Lafarge Group where she held the positions of Group Controller, VP Purchasing and VP Group Performance. Prior to joining PMP Strategy, Irina was Head of Performance & Strategy at YKems, a boutique strategy consultancy specialized in supporting major heavy industry players across the world.<\/p>\n
Over the course of her career Irina has led major business transformation projects for a range of industrial players: she has advised tier 1 players in defining their strategy, transforming their operating models and implementing portfolio and performance management projects while considering their carbon footprint and recycling stakes.<\/p>\n
Together with her team and the sponsorship of Frederic Jover, a Senior Partner at PMP Strategy, Irina will focus on supporting heavy industry in addressing their sustainability, environmental and decarbonization challenges, and transforming these into a competitive advantage.<\/p>\n
