Active for over 12 years in the development of <\/span><\/span>Customer & Digital Experience<\/span><\/span><\/strong> transformation projects, <\/span>including 2 years at PMP, <\/span><\/span>Maryne Guyot<\/span><\/span><\/strong> has been appointed  <\/span><\/span>associate director of the firm<\/span><\/span><\/strong> . A graduate of NEOMA Business School and INSEEC, Maryne began her career in marketing on the SNCF account then moved to consulting within the firm Velvet Consulting where she held several positions for more than 8 years including the function of manager. There, she develops in- <\/span><\/span>depth knowledge of customer relations<\/span><\/span><\/strong> . A graduate of EDHEC Business School, Mathilde Tignon-Brignatz first started her career in auditing at <\/span><\/span>Mazars<\/span><\/span><\/strong> , then turned to consulting and joined <\/span><\/span>Capgemini Consulting<\/span><\/span><\/strong> . <\/span>She will stay there for 4 years. <\/span>Then in 2013, she finally joined the Client Capital & Digital department of PMP. <\/span>It provides its clients with expertise in <\/span><\/span>digital strategy, develops new business models and mid-term business plans to improve the omnichannel customer experience<\/span><\/span><\/strong> .<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Former student of the \u00c9cole Normale Sup\u00e9rieure de Cachan (ENS Cachan) in Civil Engineering and then of HEC with a master’s degree in project management, Lionel Chapelet began his career in a first consulting firm where he developed his skills in <\/span><\/span>project structuring<\/span><\/span><\/strong>, implementation of <\/span><\/span>benchmarks<\/span><\/span><\/strong> (performance, budget, deadlines), <\/span><\/span>risk analysis<\/span><\/span><\/strong> and <\/span><\/span>knowledge management. <\/span><\/span><\/strong>Then he joined the PMP firm in 2012 and supports mobility operators, car manufacturers, public players, rail and road infrastructure managers, manufacturers and public and corporate investment funds in defining their strategy. development and diversification, as well as in their transformation projects.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
