Cyril Gay Belan<\/strong>,\u202f an experienced strategy professional with extensive international experience recently joined PMP Strategy. He strengthens PMP Strategy\u2019s development in Financial Services, Private Equity and Operational Excellence in France and all regions. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

After starting his career in the Financial Services Industry working for Marsh & Mc Lennan in Asia and in Spain, and Groupama in France, Cyril worked in different leading strategy consulting firms: Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, and Monitor Deloitte where he led the Financial Services and Efficiencies practice. He then joined KPMG in 2018 to set up their Global Strategy Group, the strategy consulting arm of KPMG in France. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cyril graduated from Universit\u00e9 Paris Dauphine and obtained an MBA from the Mc Donough School of Business (Georgetown University). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Victor Magny, <\/strong>who began his career at PMP Strategy in 2015,<\/strong> leads the Benelux office and is instrumental in developing the TMT sector across Benelux, DACH and all of Europe.  He brings consistent rigorous, professional advice to executive officers of telecommunications providers on how to define and implement their strategy, and to investment funds about the acquisition of digital infrastructures.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Victor obtained a master\u2019s in engineering from Ecole Centrale de Lyon where he focused on Strategy, Business Development and Entrepreneurship. After a first experience in M&A Banking, he joined PMP Strategy and has steadily risen through the ranks, on an exemplary path of upward mobility. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Reef Read <\/strong>joined the PMP Strategy team in 2016 and has been a vital force in their development across the UK market.\u202f A TMT industry veteran and specialist in digital infrastructure, media, and disruptive technologies, he will be driving these industries. \u202fReef is a Franco-American-Australian, and a strong leader whose international experience is an asset as PMP Strategy broadens its global footprint in these sectors. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Reef was a Senior Strategy consultant and advisor to the media, new media, and entertainment industries at Oliver & Ohlbaum Associates before joining PMP Strategy.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n
