PMP Strategy<\/a> is proud to have assisted Infranity<\/a> in reaching an agreement with Global Data Centre Group to acquire a co-controlling stake in Etix Everywhere<\/a>.

Infranity<\/a> joins Eurazeo<\/a>, the other key shareholder, with whom they share ambitious goals to expand Etix Everywhere<\/a> to reach 30MW of installed IT capacity by 2030. Etix Everywhere<\/a> is a leading player in European edge data centers and the market leader in France where they currently operate 15 sites.
