Mathieu brings over 10 years of experience in supporting financial and operational departments in their transformation and performance management projects.<\/strong> He has worked extensively with key players in retail, energy, industry, transportation, and logistics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Recently, Mathieu led a large-scale transformation project at Carrefour, integrating process, organizational, and technological dimensions. He also spearheaded the overhaul of Fnac Darty\u2019s performance management, balancing regulatory requirements related to consolidated financial reporting with change management across teams in France and internationally. His experience includes projects for FDJ United, Enedis, Grosfillex, and other key players, focusing on process redesign and performance optimization, as well as advising an investment fund in the energy sector. Additionally, he supported the Mousquetaires Group in performance enhancement and streamlining logistics processes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
