Romain Blondel<\/strong> brings a rare dual perspective to the practice: five years of hands-on telecom project management at Eiffage, combined with deep strategic advisory expertise developed across two tenures at PMP Strategy (2014\u20132017 and since 2022). This operational-strategic background makes Romain a valued adviser to digital infrastructure players \u2014 particularly in fixed networks \u2014 where he supports investment funds with due diligence and telecom operators in large-scale operational transformations.
