PMP Strategy acted as buy-side commercial advisor to Phoenix Tower International (PTI) in the acquisition of INFRACOS SAS, a joint venture of Bouygues Telecom and SFR.
Infracos manages around 3,700 shared mobile sites across less dense areas of France, and this acquisition will further strengthen PTI’s footprint in the French telecom infrastructure landscape. The deal is a key milestone, supporting continued growth and ensuring efficient, scalable mobile connectivity solutions.
