31While France must imperatively reduce its deficits and contain its debt, the question of modernization, development and more generally investment in transport infrastructure takes on particular importance.
Despite this new economic and budgetary context, how to deploy a modernized, efficient and environmentally friendly transport system that contributes to the country’s competitiveness?
This conference was an opportunity to discuss the political, budgetary, regulatory and industrial issues of the sector while the roles and strategies of public and private actors are being redefined.
