Maryne Guyot – Associate Director of the Client and Digital Capital division
Active for over 12 years in the development of Customer & Digital Experience transformation projects, including 2 years at PMP, Maryne Guyot has been appointed associate director of the firm . A graduate of NEOMA Business School and INSEEC, Maryne began her career in marketing on the SNCF account then moved to consulting within the firm Velvet Consulting where she held several positions for more than 8 years including the function of manager. There, she develops in- depth knowledge of customer relations . It defines strategies to simplify the customer journey , develops new relationship and loyalty programs., framework of omnichannel relationship strategies and CRM needs … She joined PMP in 2016 and has since enriched the Client & Digital Capital division of the firm with her expertise.
Mathilde Tignon- associate director of the Client and Digital Capital division
A graduate of EDHEC Business School, Mathilde Tignon-Brignatz first started her career in auditing at Mazars , then turned to consulting and joined Capgemini Consulting . She will stay there for 4 years. Then in 2013, she finally joined the Client Capital & Digital department of PMP. It provides its clients with expertise in digital strategy, develops new business models and mid-term business plans to improve the omnichannel customer experience .
Lionel Chapelet – Associate Director of the Transport, Mobility and Tourism division
Former student of the École Normale Supérieure de Cachan (ENS Cachan) in Civil Engineering and then of HEC with a master’s degree in project management, Lionel Chapelet began his career in a first consulting firm where he developed his skills in project structuring, implementation of benchmarks (performance, budget, deadlines), risk analysis and knowledge management. Then he joined the PMP firm in 2012 and supports mobility operators, car manufacturers, public players, rail and road infrastructure managers, manufacturers and public and corporate investment funds in defining their strategy. development and diversification, as well as in their transformation projects.
Zakaria, a graduate of HEC, Télécom ParisTech and INPT and after a stint with a telecoms equipment manufacturer and then in a strategy consulting firm, joined PMP in 2009.
There he developed an expertise in the telecommunications sectors media, finance, utilities, transport. He has just been appointed associate director and will be in charge of the AME (Africa & Middle East) area of the firm.
Denis Lafarge – associate director of the Telecommunications division
Denis started his career at PMP in 2013 after a master’s degree in Network industries and Digital Economy from Télécom ParisTech. For 6 years, he has supported large companies in their development and transformation strategy . He has just been promoted to the position of associate director of the telecommunications division.
Grégory Pilod – associate director of the Telecommunications division
After training at Télécom ParisTech and a master’s degree in Industrial Organization from Paris-Dauphine University, Grégory moved, at the very start of his career, to auditing for 2 years before joining the board. Over the past 6 years, Grégory has acquired extensive experience in the telecommunications industry.
First in the field of financial and insurance auditing, then in the development of business plans including market and strategic risk studies , the production of competition reports and sectorial regulation tools.
