In times of crisis, the delinquency ratio can go as far as doubling: in some industries, this means going from 2-3% in normal times to 5-6% in times of crisis. At the same time, the management of unpaid debts greatly increases the workload of management teams already heavily impacted by the COVID-19 crisis.
