2024 Retrospective of Generative AI at PMP Strategy

2024 was a rich year for PMP Strategy in developing its expertise in generative AI. To close 2024, here is an overview of the main achievements and their variety.

Transformation of Customer Relations

PMP Strategy was recently highlighted in an article by Le Nouvel Économiste on the integration of AI in customer relations. In collaboration with ILLUIN Technology , we created an innovative approach to virtualizing contact centers through AI. With intent detection rates exceeding 95% and increased automation in customer journeys, we offer a solution that allows significant savings and continuous improvement of the customer experience, while controlling budgets and continuously integrating AI innovations.

Achievements of the PMP Strategy Datalab

Beyond customer relations, our GenAI projects covered three areas: knowledge exploitation, data analysis, and process automation. We developed a Marketing Intelligence solution to facilitate access to market report insights in commodity industries, thus ensuring reliable business management models. Following the Paris 2024 Olympics, we also created an application for synthesizing experiential knowledge, thereby strengthening knowledge management in high-intensity sports. In CFO advisory, our assistance in customer data analysis accelerated the delivery of recommendations (churn, upsell, segmentation) by 30%. In automation, PMP Strategy combined its historical activities of process performance improvement and AI/RPA development to offer customized agent-based solutions.

Societal Impact and Sectoral Studies

For CISAC, we produced the first global study on the impact of AI in creative industries. This public study revealed a potential substantial decrease in revenue for certain creator branches, with sometimes 25% less revenue by 2028, highlighting the need for proactive legislative adaptation. This work reflects our commitment to anticipating the societal impacts of AI.

AI Governance and Ethics

For several years, we have been supporting actors in their AI roadmap and have expanded the approach to frame and evolve AI projects by integrating ethical and trust considerations. Our pragmatic and agile approach aims to facilitate the scaling of these AI projects, a major challenge for many companies. In this context, we hosted a panel on ethical AI in Dubai with GCC Telecom actors, where Cisco and Telus Digital presented their “ethic by design” approach.

Energy Optimization and Infrastructure

On the due diligence / M&A side, PMP Strategy is involved in establishing sustainable AI by working on financing data centers focused on energy optimization of AI systems and the use of renewable energies.

Training and Internal AI Platform

We have established a training program for our consultants and created ChatPMP, an internal GenAI platform, to improve productivity and efficiency in our daily tasks and deliveries. This internal expertise strengthens our position as a trusted partner in AI integration.

The impact of AI on professions will continue to grow in 2025. We anticipate that AI advancements will continue at the same exponential pace for the next three years at least. With our experience, we move forward confidently in this constantly evolving universe.
