Strengthening Private Equity Expertise to Meet Growing Demand
(Paris, May 22, 2025) PMP Strategy, an international strategic consulting firm, is delighted to announce the arrival of Henri-Pierre Vacher as a Partner in its Paris office. This arrival marks a significant strengthening of the firm’s expertise in the field of Private Equity and investments. Henri-Pierre will work alongside Jonathan Zelmanovitch and François Cousi, the two partners of the Private Equity practice.

With over 25 years of experience in strategic consulting and management, Henri-Pierre Vacher initially supported large distribution and consumer goods companies across Europe. Over the past 15 years, he has advised primarily investment funds, sovereign funds, as well as institutional investors and multinationals, both in Europe and Asia, notably in China.

Henri-Pierre has led or participated in more than 350 strategic due diligence missions, mainly in the retail and consumer goods sectors, and also in B2B services, ICT, construction, and education sectors. He is particularly involved in the strategic evaluation of acquisition targets and sales support on behalf of investment funds and large groups. He also supports portfolio companies in the development and execution of their post-acquisition strategic plans.
A graduate of IEP Paris and holding a master’s degree in business law from the University of Paris-Panthéon, he was a Senior Partner at EY-Parthenon and supervised the private equity sector for all sectors of the Big Four in France.
Henri-Pierre Vacher previously held leadership positions at Oliver Wyman, OC&C Strategy Consultants, and Roland Berger, in France and China, with a focus on private equity, due diligence, and value creation in various sectors. Since 2016, he has been teaching strategy and private equity at Sciences Po Paris.
