APPOINTMENT : Philippe Frizon joins strategy consulting firm PMP as a Managing Partner to continue the firm’s growth in Canada
Philippe Frizon joins the PMP team as a Managing Partner in the Canadian office, bringing a wealth of experience in strategic coaching, digital transformation and AI to the firm’s clients.
Philippe Frizon holds an MBA from HEC Montreal and a degree in engineering from Paris Tech. He has been working in Canada for over 20 years, advising large companies, SMEs and start-ups on their strategy. He then joined Secor Conseil, the leading independent strategy consulting firm in Canada, for 12 years.
In addition to his consulting experience, Philippe was responsible for the strategy of Canada’s 2nd largest P&C insurer, guiding management through ambitious acquisition, customer experience, digital and analytical strategies. During his career, he has also held management positions in operations and development, in various sectors and countries, allowing him to bring a pragmatic perspective to the executives he advises.

For several years, Philippe Frizon has been involved in accelerating the adoption of innovative solutions by companies, particularly in the fields of digital and data valuation, in order to enable them to stand out. He is also heavily involved with several accelerators in the Montreal startup ecosystem, mentoring entrepreneurs who exploit Artificial Intelligence in various sectors, including Fintechs. He is convinced of the strong innovation potential that these startups can bring to PMP’s clients, to accelerate some of their strategies, differentiate themselves and offer a superior customer experience.
