PMP STRATEGY AS SELL-SIDE COMMERCIAL VDD PROVIDER TO TELE2

PMP Strategy is proud to have acted as sell-side Commercial VDD provider to Tele2 in its strategic partnership with GCI, creating the First Plan Baltic Tower Company.

This landmark transaction, valuing the new entity at EUR 560 million, unlocks significant value from Tele2’s telecom infrastructure while ensuring long-term investment capacity to support the rollout of 5G and improved digital connectivity across Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania.
