The Financial Institution Pole and the PMP DataLab have worked on behalf of Cegedim Insurance Solutions and with Argus de l’Assurance in the White Paper Artificial intelligence and personal insurance, towards an “augmented manager”? which is developing several use cases of AI applied to the facilitation of the managerial profession in the service of more performance and better service to customers. This work was based on a survey and a series of interviews with decision-makers in the insurance sector.
