Cécile Perrin, Associate Director of the Finance Performance division
Cécile specializes in the transformation of financial functions. She supports large groups and mid-sized companies in organizing their financial management, their digital transformation and performance management. A graduate of Toulouse Business School, she joined PMP in 2011 after first experiences in corporate finance and investment banking. Cécile has led large transformation programs for financial departments for international companies (CAC40 and SBF120), to which she brings her skills in project structuring and change management. She also advises her clients on their value management, asset profitability and strategic data management issues.
Laura Papet – associate director of the Transport / Mobility division
Laura is a graduate of the State National School of Public Works, the Lyon Urban Planning Institute and Imperial College London. After a stint in an international institution ( World Bank ) then in the research department of the Egis group , Laura joined PMP in 2015, and for 5 years has supported the general management of large groups as well as public actors (State, communities, regulator) in their strategic and forward thinking, the construction of their development trajectories and their transformation projects. Laura works in particular in the field of freight mobility – urban logistics and cross-border – and people – urban mobility and service-based, rail mobility .
Housni Zniber, Associate Director Africa Middle East zone
Housni a rejoint PMP à Paris en 2013, puis le bureau de Casablanca en 2017.
With the Directors present, he is now in charge of the firm’s consulting activities in the Africa and Middle East region, where he supports leading companies and institutions in their strategic projects and in their high- impact transformation programs. issues . Housni has developed expertise in telecommunications, digital and e-commerce strategy, and economic and financial modeling. Prior to joining PMP, Housni worked for the World Bank where he was in charge of developing investment strategies and economic and financial forecasting models. Housni is an Engineer Economist graduated from ENSAE ParisTech and holds a master’s degree in Economics and Public Policy from Ecole Polytechnique and Sciences Po Paris.
Marc Lameloise, Associate Director of the Telecom, Media, Tech division
A graduate of the École Centrale de Lyon, Marc Lameloise began his career in a consulting firm in strategy, economic expertise and regulation. During 10 years, he acquired a solid experience in the development of business plans, market analyzes, cost modeling in a regulatory context and the realization of strategic opportunity studies. He has supported many operator, institutional and financial clients in Europe, Africa and the Middle East in particular. He joined PMP’s Telecom Media & Tech division in 2019 and worked for operators, manufacturers or investment funds in defining their strategy or in their M&A projects.

Alexander Hayward, Associate Director, North America zone
A Franco-British national, a graduate of École Polytechnique and Télécom Paris, Alexander has twenty years of experience in the telecom and technology sector where he worked as a strategy consultant and manager of operational activities. Alexander has end-to-end experience in driving innovation and piloting major projects, from strategy definition, marketing thinking and business plan to carrying out technical developments and organizing commercial operations. and customer support. Also having strong technical skills, he was the CTIO of the largest French Full MVNO operator. He joined PMP in 2019 in the Montreal offices in Canada and now supports operators in North America in defining their strategy and projects for digital transformation and the launch of innovative services.
Guillaume Kordonian, Associate Director of the Media division
Guillaume specializes in the digital transformation of media, culture and entertainment players. He advises his clients on the structuring of their digital strategy, the design of digital media and the implementation of innovation initiatives. A graduate of HEC Paris, he joined PMP at the start of 2020, after 10 years of consulting in strategy and digital transformation within the Mazars firm and as an independent expert. Guillaume began his career in the finance department of France Télévisions where he participated in financial operations, channel launches and general secretariat assignments, before co-founding a technological start-up on personalized television.
