This White Paper produced by PMP is the result of work started in 2019 between the AFRC and the France IA Hub as part of the “Customer Relations and Artificial Intelligence” working group led by the AFRC. For several months, this think tank met the eyes of the leaders of large groups, start-ups and experts in the sector. The purpose of the white paper is to enlighten you on artificial intelligence solutions serving the customer experience, often carried by start-ups to improve and simplify the lives of customers, citizens and employees. “How do large companies work with start-ups on specific topics? How artificial intelligenceintegrated in this business transformation? This study helps answer these questions through testimonials from large groups and start-ups.”
