PMP CONSEIL ANNOUNCES INTERNATIONAL EXPANSION PLANS; OPENS OFFICE IN LONDON, UK TO CATER TO GROWING DIGITAL AND TELECOM PRACTICES
French consulting firm PMP Conseil grows its TMT and Digital footprints with a new London office to serve telecom, technology, energy, transport and financial services clients.
PMP Conseil, a leading strategy and specialist consulting firm with offices in France, Canada, Belgium and Morocco has opened a new office in London. The firm’s presence in the financial capital of Europe will help it better serve its rapidly growing TMT clientele.
The firm’s expansion to London marks a new chapter in PMP’s growth. Proximity to leading financial institutions and telecom operators will help PMP maintain relationships with their current clients while addressing growing opportunities in each of its sectors. The firm has grown from 65 employees in 2016 to 150 today.
“Over the last several years we have expanded from our Paris base to support clients across the world. London is clearly the hub for international telecom and technology investment. As such, we need to be here to support operators, financial institutions, infrastructure providers and the diverse players in the sector” said Gilles Vaque, PMP Global Managing Director.
The London office will be led by Managing Director, Ken Campbell. Ken has over 25 years of experience in the telecom industry and has previously served as the CEO and senior executive for operators like Vodafone, Ooredoo, Wind and Orange. His co-lead is Principal Reef Read who has 11 years’ experience in TMT and leads large engagements in digital infrastructure, media and disruptive technology.
PMP has been active in the telecom, tower, data centre and fibre sectors across multiple markets, advising UK clients on major deals in the UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Poland, Canada and South Africa.
PMP is also assisting clients from various industries (retail, travel, financial services and media) in the digital transformation of their business models, their digital strategy, e-commerce acceleration, marketplaces and platformisation, data valorization strategy, digital maturity assessment and digital players’ acquisition.
