After Canada, Benelux, Africa Middle East and the UK, PMP Strategy continues its international growth with the opening of a new office in Madrid.
With this new office, PMP Strategy aims to quickly become a reference in the area.
We will now be able to provide close support to our Spanish clients and strengthen our relationships with the major players in the firm’s traditional sectors of activity.

An experienced team
The Madrid office will be headed by Bruno Coste. Bruno has 25 years of experience in operations and consulting in the telecommunications and new technologies sector. He has held several management positions: at Monitor Deloitte where he supported the development of the TMT practice; after more than 7 years in strategy at Telefonica Group in Spain but especially in the UK and Germany, Bruno was also in charge of the BT Group transformation strategy.
Two partners support this acceleration of PMP Strategy in Spain and more broadly in Latin America. Denis Lafarge, in charge of PMP Strategy’s Deal activity, is heavily involved in the region and very active in terms of infrastructure, M&A and Private Equity Tech deals. As well as Benoit Gelot, co-head of PMP Strategy’s major TMT practice, who is extremely involved with many Telco Tech and Infrastructure players in Europe and especially in Spain.

A recruitment plan underway
To support the development of its activities in Madrid, we are strengthening our workforce and wishes to integrate new employees to offer even more quality service to our clients. The opportunities are now open and we are focusing our attention on profiles from top schools with skills and successful experience in the world of consulting as well as in technical and methodological expertise.
Sectoral areas of intervention and extensive expertise
After having succeeded in a few years in becoming a key player for managers and investment funds in the TMT sector, PMP Strategy is also accelerating in its other rapidly changing sectors, namely Energy, Mobility and Financial Services. These are all very active sectors with major challenges in Spain in which we intend to quickly play a major role.
It should also be noted that PMP Strategy is already very active in Spain in two other cross-functional consulting areas in Digital Strategy (acceleration of e-commerce, development of marketplaces and platforms, data valuation strategy, evaluation of digital maturity, acquisition of digital players, customer strategy, omnichannel strategy and NPS/CES plans) and CFO support (New ESG management model, Data for performance – especially ProcessMining expertise -, Financial DueDiligence, Post Merger Integration Plans, etc. )
Spain being a significant market in the TMT industry (Technology, Media & Telecommunications) and in all our reference sectors (Transport & Mobility, Energy, and Financial Institutions), the opening of the Madrid office is a key step in our development strategy.
