PMP Strategy is proud to have assisted Infranity in reaching an agreement with Global Data Centre Group to acquire a co-controlling stake in Etix Everywhere.
Infranity joins Eurazeo, the other key shareholder, with whom they share ambitious goals to expand Etix Everywhere to reach 30MW of installed IT capacity by 2030. Etix Everywhere is a leading player in European edge data centers and the market leader in France where they currently operate 15 sites.
