PMP Strategy advises Infravia Capital on the acquisition of a 50% equity stake in Opcore

PMP Strategy is pleased to have assisted InfraVia Capital Partners in the acquisition of a 50% equity stake in OPCORE, subsidiary of Groupe iliad.

This partnership paves the way for the development of a leading European hyperscale data center platform valued at €860M. It will enable OPCORE to scale to more than 130MW through the development of a c.100 MW data center in the Paris region, and expand further across France and Europe.
