Formerly Koesio Corporate IT, Heliaq is entering a new phase of growth with the backing of Groupe Chevrillon and Arkéa Capital, taking a majority stake alongside the management of Koesio Group. This strategic transformation reinforces Heliaq’s position as a key player in IT services, cybersecurity, and cloud solutions.
